These guys rock, incorrect tires were ordered for my lifted truck, Jamie L (3500 Enterprise Allen Park) helped me out to get it fixed by sending a driver out to two different places to find the right tires this morning, aligned it (perfectly) and took care of broken wheel lock all to make sure I got it back today. 
This is a lifted truck, very difficult to get alignment right on it.  I am a Master ASE  in both truck and car repair which makes me very difficult to please, they did not know this; they did the whole job right!!  Not once did they attempt to sell me anything beyond what I asked for, they told me of an issue and quoted it but did not try to 'hard sell' me.
Bonus was the correct tires came in less than the wrong ones AND there is a rebate on them.  Great job Belle tire, I came back because they helped me years ago with a $0 dollar repair, glad I came back to see them, great bunch of people there with high ethics!!  Go Belle Tire!

While I actually paid for the services in January 2011.  I had a problem with our Buick Regal and it became clear to me that the battery was not accepting a "deep" charge but only a "shallow" charge.  My car would start with a jump start, but would not start on its own. Bell Tire honored the battery warranty even though the car battery tested as "okay."  They listened to my description of what was going on and provided a new battery to me at no cost.  The new battery works great and I have driven to many places with "short hops" and the car started on its own each time.

After they replaced my battery, everything was fine. I have had mostly good experience with them. If someone there talks to you about the quote and the job, then you can call and request to talk to that same person.

They were great. They helped me save money by finding cheapest bearings.
