average with nothing standing out. Tim by the Hr ($85) and I didn't figure he would take 6 hrs to do a 2-3 hr job! His quality of work was average at best. It's my opinion that Tim thinks he knows and can do more than he can actually can. I would never use Tim or recommend him to anyone.

"So Sorry to hear how disappointed you are with Tim, I pulled up your invoice and noticed that Tim Installed Two TV's with Complete wire concealment, We provided both mounts, Relocated power to behind both TV's, Relocated both cable Boxes to the Basement and added 2 IR Repeater systems so you could control them from your living Room and Bedroom and Did some drywall repair due to damage done by another AV company. A job this size would normally cost around $1200. I assure you Tim gave you an outstanding deal. Please let us know if there is anything else we could help you with."

Excellent work! Tim and his assistant (whose name I've forgotten) were right on time on March 4, 2014, guided by what Tim had discovered on a previous visit; they came prepared! But also discovered some unusual things in the wall behind the fireplace. But this advance preparation made a significant difference; although the installation took much longer than anticipated, but once completed, the TV looks very good on its new perch! Thank you, Tim for this fine work! --I'm grateful. And please also thank your assistant; if I need more work (more audio work), I'll be sure to call you! I'm so pleased that Timothy Sisson came out on advance and saw just what he'd be up against in mounting the TV; he even set my cable, and helped with an exploration of features unique to the HD LED Sansung TV
