My experience with Mr. Stout was great. I had decided to turn our bath tub into a shower tub for my wife as a Christmas present. I wanted it to be a surprise so Mike had worked around my schedule, along with hers, so that it got installed while she was at work. To make it happen he came and got all measurements a few days prior. The job required some drywall work and obviously plumbing. I had picked the faucet and showerhead out myself. Mike and another worker came in with all the other materials and knocked it out with 1hr 45min. to spare. My bathroom looked as though they were never there when they were done, short of the shower. Very happy with the work, the price, and his convinence.

Service provider is not licensed, service provider had license taken out in California due to this issue. We contacted him through someone we knew. The family member had a great experience.Then when we contacted the provider he knew our concerns and assured us that he was licensed. After looking at about 6 estimates the price was comparative, however he was in the middle. The provider shows up if/when he wants to. He refuses to work in the wind, the snow or the rain. The inspector found bad wood on the garage. He offered to put plywood over the main part of the house. He tried to push me into signing a contract and threatened to walk off if we did not sign. We had to sign for more money to have the rest of the work completed. The provider lied about everything. He only ended up putting on 2x4 pieces of wood and tried claiming that it was 37 hours of labor on that bit of work. He is a crook, I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. He is still working at other places, I don't think he should be working on peoples houses.

"Not sure why this review is in my account. I have never done business with anyone named [Member Name Removed] My attorney sent a certified letter to the address he claims we worked on and it was returned as "No Such Address". On the "Work Completed Date" we had just begun a job in Saugatuck after completing a two week project in Allegan. He did get one thing right in that we don't work in the rain, (unless it is an emergency call)."

They started on time and worked until dark. The crew worked very well together and listened to our concerns. We also had one piece stack covers installed, so there won't be annual maint. on them.
