They did not protect the rest of my home at all. I became very sick from all the dust, had to pay to have ducts cleaned, and pay for whole house to be cleaned because I was too sick to do anything. I was promised 2 week .... it took 7. Kept pulling workers to go somewhere else. Also, through all the old paneling, etc in a pile in my back yard (mostly on patio) but also on my grass and burned the grass so I have a bare spot. Left all this until near the end and I complained a lot because I have 2 dogs who would walk on the pile .... with nails, etc. The room looks nice but was a total mess to get there. Would NEVER hire them again.

1) punctuality said he would be available late afternoon. Did not cal until approx 6:30 and showed up about 7:30.
2) Charges: charged double the quoted hourly rate ($85.00) -- because, he said, he had a helper with him (he did say he had skipped his trip charge [which had been estimated at $20]). Only realized later that the hourly rate really should not be the same for a helper, as for the plumber. Charged $36 for parts, without itemizing them. Seemed like very minor parts, although he mentioned later having put in some kind of 'rubber bumper' in the toilet (no idea). He was here barely the 1-1/2 hours charged (if that) (at double) and part of the time was on the phone about another job.
3) Quality of work: toilet rocked badly.
4) When we called him back about the rocking, he said of course, he doesn't sit on it. (Why not do this reasonable test -- with your pants on) Suggested he might have to put in some hydralic cement. I could see the additional $$$s counting up. We looked on- line and found a suggestion to use some plastic shims. When we called him back, he said that's what he probably would do. We bought some at Lowes and this seems to have taken care of it. Now have to caulk around the base, though.

My kitchen sink backed up the week before my big Labor Day party. I tried drain-o, a 15' snake from Meijer, a sink plunger, and even bought a new toilet plunger but couldn't get the water to go down. These guys came out and ran 50' of snake down my drain, plunged the sink and had my water rushing down the drains in no time. They even crawled into the back of my dark and dirty crawlspace to make sure the water was flowing properly.
These guys were friendly, professional, and and did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire them again and have already recommended them to my friends at work.

We bought a house in Mattawan. We wanted to finish the basement, but needed to have a plumber come out to look at the rough ins and give us a quote to turn the rough ins into a bathroom. I got this company's name from Angies list and my husband called to set up an appointment for an estimate. Wayne could come over the same day so my husband and son headed over to the new house to meet him. When he failed to show up at the scheduled time, my husband called to find out where he was. It was only then, that he told my husband that he got hung up on a "well job" and had to re-schedule. He didn't bother to call to tell him that he got hung up....Then he told my husband that he would call and re-schedule for the following day....The following day they headed over to the new house "just in case" he just popped over there and they waited. It's been over a week now since Wayne was supposed to show up at the new house or at least call to schedule an appt to look at the basement. and he hasn't done either. I would NOT have this person do any work in my house....he does't seem to be reliable at all. I don't think this plumbing job was "worth it" to him to do so he blew us off.

"I am terribly sorry about your disappointment with your experience with us. Your review and story was a surprise to us as this is not how we run the business and this is unacceptable. I apologize for how this inconvenienced your family. I spoke with Wayne and his best recollection is that your husband’s name is “Craig” and he may have set up an appointment for the bid on a Tuesday 1-4 in Mattawan. He said he had 3 calls that same day when he was out on a job and left his phone turned on, on his dashboard, before writing down any information . The expected 15 minute job turned into a three hour job and when he returned his phone had overheated and crashed, losing all texts, call logs, and voice mails for the most recent 48 hour period. The other 2 customers that had called, called back with further information so he was able to follow up with them but he knew that there was one customer that he did not have any contact information for. I do not know if you are the same customer that he remembers or not, however this is not an acceptable excuse regardless. Wayne should have gotten in touch with you about being held up on a job the first time that he was supposed to meet with you. Again this is not typical of our business and how we treat our customers. I apologize for out poor performance to you and your family."

After coming out to do an estimate (we choose his over others given) and beyond an unavoidable late start, the work was done well(took over 4 hours to accomplish the long list of items on the estimate). Mr. Walters was kind, professional and is a proficient plumber.

During the redoing of all the plumbing there was only a few times where we couldn't do our regular daily dishwashing laundry etc.I wouldn't want to do it over again but it went smoothly. I would recommend Wayne to anyone.
