Jim and his crew are nothing but professional, prompt and after they are done for the day you didn't even know they were there with their clean up. He has always returned all my calls/texts in a reasonable time considering how super busy he is. We have had Jim do numerous jobs for us, some big and some small, and every time he and his crew did a fabulous job. His quotes are very reasonable for the amount of work to be done and would highly recommend them. Thanks Jim for another great job.

The Owner James Lockemy is negligent in his work. When he put my acrylic tub in he did so negligently by not following the Kohler installation manual. The Kohler rep came to my home and came to the conclusion my tub was not installed correctly. See attached letter. James only put a shim on one side of the tub which gave the tub uneven support which in turn is causing the tub to creak and crack. It gave the bottom of the tub a severe hazardous pitch. This voided out my Kohler warranty and my tile grout lines look horrendous. A shower is suppose to be relaxing and my showers are very stressful. Jim lied in small claims court; he has no remorse and he does not take responsibility for his mistakes. He did not even follow the first critical step and that was to make sure the subfloor is level before install. Then all he can say is my tough luck for playing GC. This is not a business owner that cares about quality work and the best interest of his customers. He only cares about himself. Run fast from this mans work ethic or you could be in the same sad dangerous position he left me in. My bathtub remains a liability hazard thanks to James Lockemy from Jj&Sons plumbing. In one of the photos I shared is his comment to my Facebook review. Does this sound like a business owner who cared to install a bathtub correctly and take responsibility for his mistakes. What does me being my own GC have anything to do with him making sure when he placed my bathtub that the subfloor was level first? He lied in court under oath to a degree that only a dishonest business owner would do and then not have a problem laying his head down at night knowing full well he was dishonest under oath. Only he can answer for what he did wrong here. It’s very sad that there are business owners out there praying on our vulnerability!!!

The job went very well. Jim returned my calls promptly and was very professional on the phone and in person. Jim (and his partner Paul) worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They even cleaned up after the work was done! If I need a plumber again, I'll call Jim.

I honestly never hired a plumber before but these guys were very punctual, fast and courteous. I also liked that before I made an appointment, I was given a base price of the service so I wouldn't be surprised. The cost was acceptable and actually lower than I anticipated. I'll be calling them for future projects. :)

I called him Sunday night, he came on Monday evening, got right to work...installed it all...and fixed a small leak in the garbage disposal while he was here. He was very personable. This is the 3rd time we have used him. We highly recommend him.
