Called the company on the morning of service. Was offered same day service, they were in my area, and given a senior discount of $10. The technician provided some education on how the powder works in eliminating the yellow jacket nest. Assured me that in 3 days I should not see any more. The woman on the phone said their work is guaranteed , they will come out again if necessary, although it is not in writing. I was very satisfied and it is definitely cheaper than a trip to the ER (yep I'm allergic).
