Bill and his workers were very pleasant to work with. He invited me many times to see what he was doing and explained the process to me. He made 2 trips out here (not a short drive by any means!) to give us an accurate estimate. He did some extra work free of charge that he didn't have have to do (strengthened up our eaves troughs that hadn't been installed properly). There were a few scraps left in the yard but not a bad mess. He was also very patient with me and answered any questions I had. We are amazed at the difference already in the temperature control of our home. Where before insulation we would have lost anywhere from 5-8 degrees overnight, since this job has been done the temperature in our home only drops about 1-2 degrees. I would definitely hire WBI Insulation again.
