Our log cabin in Mackinaw City, Michigan, was built in 1919 and the second-story (original) deck, which was also the roof for the first story, needed to be replaced. It was a big job and there was a lot of uncertainty about what they would discover when they tore off the old materials. Jason was just awesome, had ways of figuring out every little issue that came up, and Zack kept us informed all along the way. The original handmade railing had to be replaced completely because, of course it did not meet current building codes, but they all worked with us to find (and create) a railing that fit in with the rustic nature of the cabin while making the deck safe. They did a lot of little extras along the way, too, and did not mind all my questions. We would very definitely hire them again.

Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom Remodel
Waterfront Property Management replaced a roof on our home in Indian River, MI this fall 2018. Every aspect of the project, from estimate to clean-up, was treated professionally and with integrity. Work was completed timely and with pride. Questions were answered transparently. The new roof is beautiful!!! I would confidently call this company again for future projects.

Kitchen Remodel
Gregg and his crew completed a kitchen remodel for us, and the craftsmanship was top notch. The end results look great! Had one or two hiccups in the process, but Gregg worked with us to get everything resolved and to our satisfaction. We would hire Gregg for another project.

We hired Gregg Garn to manage majors repairs ( paint, dry wall, appliance installation, deck repair, pavement, floor refinish , carpet install) at our place in Harbor springs in late 2014. Gregg and his team are the best, They have gone far and beyond to accommodate our needs, I cannot express in words how happy we are with the work and customer relation Gregg and his team shows. After having many timing issues with another contractor, the guys at Waterfront Property Management were a HUGE relief. Gregg Contacted me right away, met with me at my earliest convenience to quote, and began working within 1 day of meeting in person. They texted me updates daily, finished quickly, and stayed right at the price I was quoted, even with doing a bit extra. Again, I can't emphasize how much more professional, organized, and timely these guys were compared to the ones we dealt with. I will definitely call Waterfront Management first from now on!

Gregg responded to my request for a quote immediately. His quote was very reasonable compared to others I received, so he was hired. He was on time, prepared, and the job was done quickly. I hired him to repair stairs leading to a deck on the second level. They are very sturdy now. I would highly recommend him.

Gregg actually came and did real investigative work, unlike many other people who sometimes didn't even show up, or, if they did, don't bother to call first. Good attitude, pleasant, and did thorough work at a decent cost.
