They were in and out very quickly. They had the equipment and the man power to do a good job, and at half the cost of the company I used to use! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very poorly, missed deadline after missed deadline. Do not pay them up front, you may never see the work completed. I had a order to plant roughly 13 trees over 1 year ago and this order is still not complete. I would have been terribly out of pocket if I had given them all the money up front.

I pay them on a yearly basis for 9 applications of fertilizer, weed killer etc. Also, they do a yearly aeration and over seeding of our lawn. They do a great job.

I was having construction work done at my house. When my contractors began to tear down a wall they noticed a large wasps' nest at 3:00 PM. I needed someone to come out ASAP to exterminate the wasps because the contractors could not continue until the insects were contained. I contacted at least five different companies and only Underwood could send someone out in an hour. In fact, they pulled a technician out of his usual geographic area to ensure that my needs were met. He was extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable. And, according to the contractor, chose the correct method for eliminating the pests from a variety of options that the technician had in his arsenal. I was very, very pleased with their service.

We had very bad ice storms and they were able to get out here right away and help me out. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I think they are great.
