 + -1 moreThey opened my pool this spring on the Memorial Day weekend. Art, their main guy, forgot the DE filter and said that he would bring it out the next day. The main office asked if I wouldn't mind waiting until after the weekend since Art had been working nonstop. I agreed which was a big mistake. It is now one week and I have emailed 3 times and called once requesting they finish the job. I have not had any acknowledgement to my requests. To add insult, the invoice arrived today for pool opening with a notation that they charge interest on overdue bills. Last year my natural gas heater stopped working. They promised to fix it all summer but never did. I emailed and called multiple times and they kept promising but never came.
Description of Work: It's what they didn't do. When I started with Level One, they were the only providers for the Endless Pool in this area. They put the pool in and did a nice job. I had repeated electrical issues for the first 2 years and they kept working on it until this was resolved. Since then, they don't seem to respond to customer's requests or issues. They are in Adrian and i am in Milan and they won't come out here unless they have another job in the area regardless of whether the call is their fault or not.
