LEVEL-ONE INC

In the beginning everything went well, employees were kind and respectful, done smoothly, until there was a problem. This was a pool being moved from one location with attached deck to my home. the problem is....ever since the install there has been a problem with the deck, it is a steel, and keeps separating causing a safety risk. The pool was previously my parents pool, so I know the history, it had never done this to them. They did attempt to fix a couple times, but only when I hired them to open/close the pool, because they were already there. Still to this day I have to tell company to not step on corner of deck in fear it could give way and injure someone....how embarrassing. This summer I have called them 4 times, they refuse to fix or even return my calls. The last phone call I left message letting them know I was going to file a complaint, they didn't care, they weren't even professional enough to call me back and say they weren't following up. Just ignored my calls instead. I wouldn't of put this negative feedback if I hadn't heard from a couple friends that they did the same to them. Lack of followup and professionalism....I will never suggest them to anyone.
