Description of Work: I still need work finished on the one dormer that was leaking intially. The roffer never came back. Hopefully there is no heavy pour down with rain.ceacause it will probably leak again. Very unsatisfied

Description of Work: Did not use this provider. I called for an estimate and was told they would be out on a Saturday at a specific time. I changed my plans for the day and waited and they never showed. I did not feel I should have called them back to see why they were a no show to their own set appointment time. If they were a no show for an appointment time then how dependable would they on be the actual service date. First impressions are everything.

Description of Work: The work crew was not told it was a complete tear off.Then the company wanted more money (500.00) to complete the job or they were going to pull crew off the job. Complete tear off was included in the original contract if possible( which was possible) It wasn't the work crew's fault (they were sub contracted )So I rated it mostly on the crew not the company except for professional which I rated on company. The company did make amends to us in the end and we didn't have to pay the extra $500.00

Description of Work: I had a tree fall on my roof. They came out on Christmas day for an emergency repair. I later had them come out and replace the entire roof.

+ -1 moreNot real pleased with this company at this time. I called and made an appointment for them for a quote for replacing the roof on house that I just purchased. The person I spoke with gave me a time of between noon and 2 pm. I sat at the house for 2 and a hlf hours. They never showed. To make it worse they never even bothered to call me either. I have much better things to do with my time than wait around for a NO CALL, NO SHOW!
