Dennis is very knowledgeable and informative in his craft, which is a refreshing contrast to the apathetic costumer direction provided in other carpeting stores. When it came time to pick flooring, Dennis was able to take me to his warehouse so that I can pick out a very satisfactory and popular flooring which he kept in stock. What is equally if not more impressive is that the turnaround for delivery and installation was executed within days as opposed to the weeks offered by Abbey's competitors. Needless to say I was very impress by their speed and craftsmanship as well as the care provided in their service.
