A-1 LOCK & KEY

This locksmith came to install two deadbolts and then I decided to have an additional one installed. He did not have a third deadbolt on his truck so I paid for all three locks and he promised to come back within the next two days. He did not although I waited for him all the day long. I went away for a couple of weeks and upon my return I called and made an appointment for completion of the work. He said he would come at 10am, but he didn't show then either. I got a call saying that there was an emergency and he would be a couple of hours but perhaps near 12 PM. I got a call from him at 12:20 saying that he was a half an hour away and would be right over. He never came The success of phone calls were not answered over the next couple of days, Nother word texts. At this point I went on several different sites and read online reviews and found that this irresponsibility and incompletion of work after taking people's money is a pattern of this locksmith. I asked him bite text message and phone message to return the money for the third deadbolt which was not installed and so far there has been no response to that request either. They must be able to screen my phone number because all phone calls go unanswered. I am going to file in small claims court against this locksmith even though the amount of the third lot is the same price as initiating small court proceedings.Stay away from this company!

They were very prompt and professional and came to my home.  They offered the work at a fraction of the dealer service price and it came with a year warranty.  They were personable and extremely reasonable.
