OGNE REMODELING AND ROOFING

Rudy and his crew did a great job. The skill of the crew, as far as how straight the rows are, and how they flashed around my chimney was excellent. Communication was easy, with quick responses via phone or text. I wanted some extra things done (extra ice & water, chimney flashing, etc) and it was coordinated well. My neighbor used a "big name" roofing company on their house and it was farmed out to 2 guys in a mini van working for over a week. Not this crew... I think I counted 10 guys on my roof at one time. They stripped and reshingled a 2000sq ft ranch with a hip roof, AND a 30x40 pole barn in one 12hr day. The next morning, Rudy stopped by and we walked the roof together, checking for any last details that might need to be finished up. There weren't any. One reason I went with Ogne was because they didn't gouge me to upgrade to a higher grade shingle. They just charged me however much more the shingles cost, but not some crazy premium like my other quotes tried to do.

Wayne and his crew are amazing. Prompt service , Reasonable pricing and the quality is top notch. Most contractors are a disappointment but Ogne has never dissappointed.

Because the company is busy it was sometimes a bit difficult to reach them immediately, but they would always call back.  In the end, the job they did was excellent and the workers were all respectful and professional.  Once they started the work they had large crews out at all times, and the work was done in the 3 days that they estimated.  We're very happy with the look and wear of our new roof.

Rudy is very approachable and available via cell phone and email and did a very thorough job and I will be using him for my roof and sidings for next year

  Ogne (Rudy) was very thorough with taking pictures in the attic and describing the way he does things, we felt he went the extra mile.  He was comparable with the 3 estimates we got.  We were in no hurry for the roof as we had no emergency, but by the time we were ready things had gotten very busy and even though the crew stayed late the first night and came back the next morning and were here when they said, but think they were in a hurry to finish up and the clean up could have been a little bit better.   In all we would still use them again.  We feel that Rudy is a very conscientious person and made sure the job was done right.

Rudy Miller is the roofing administrator.  Rudy will interact with the crew to get results.  Without him results would not have been as good.  The crew on my roof had good roofer skills, but needed supervision.  Be sure to communicate with Rudy for best results.

We got a quote from them last year for a new roof and we did not use them. The price was high. This was in April or May. We got the name off Angie's List. They were too expensive. I rate them a 'C' overall.

Did an outstanding job, was responsive and professional. I would recommend if you are considering shingle replacement.

The job went extremely well. The carpenters installed the support posts  flooring, railing and roof in approximately one and half weeks. The 3 man crew were very professional and courteous. Each day the yard was cleaned and equipment removes. The only indication that work had been done was the grass was matted. I also had to have an outside gas line rerouted, which went very well. I have no complaints about  Wayne Ogne and his crew. I would recommend him to anyone. The porch looks beautiful. My wife and I are very pleased.

Rudy Miller, Ogne's Production Manager responded immediately to our first call.  He made an appointment to come out and assess the problem.  He arrived on time for the appointment; listened carefully to our description of the problem; then carefully investigated the problem both on the roof and in the sunroom.  He then identified four potential problems that could be causing the leak and provided a very reasonable estimate for repairing the problems.  He also indicated that to be sure the problem was addressed we would need to have someone make four specific repairs to the chimney.  He did not propose to do that work himself or push for a partner of theirs to do the work.  We arranged for a company we have worked with before to repair the chimney and Ogne scheduled a crew for two days after the chimney work was done.  They arrived on time; carefully performed all of the work and were done on schedule.  Rudy came by several times to review the work and to insure that his assessment of the problem was correct.  He followed up the next day to insure that we were satisfied with the work.  Although we gave him a $1,000 deposit at the time of the original estimate he did not require the deposit and would have done the work without a down payment. 
In summary, we were completely satisfied with the work.  This leak has been going on for over eight years that we know of and we have had three other companies come out and work on the roof without solving the problem.  Rudy on behalf of Ogne was the first contractor to thoroughly look at the potential sources of the leak and propose a solution that would address all of the problems.  Only time will guarantee that their fix was successful but we are very confident that they addressed every possible cause of the problem.  The only reason that I gave them a "B" on price is that we didn't get any other quotes.  So based on the time spent and the materials used the price seems very reasonable to us but since we have nothing to compare to I can't give them an Excellent rating.
We would definitely use Ogne again and recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

We have used them four times and have been pleased. They are very good at accommodating our needs. We have had many contractors and this is one of the best, by far.

The entire job was done in a professional manner and completed in two days. 

Work was completed on the fourth day after start.  Inclement weather added at least one day to the process.  Workers were skilled and fast and exhibited thoughtful attention to detail.

I needed some painting and drywall done at several clients homes. I contacted Wayne and he provided me a quote and completed the job on time and for the right price. He also installed a door on my home.

His name was given to us by our insurance company. He is probably the most knowledgeable guy I have ever met. He was the one who took a look at the pluming job and explained to me, which made perfect sense to me. First he had a couple of other suggestions for us when he gave us the estimate and we knew immediately he was the guy we wanted. He knew more than the other guys did. The owners name is Wayne Ogne Jr. They did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. They worked very hard and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. It looks beautiful and our bathroom is more than nice as ever. I was very impressed with them though there were number of hold up's on the job but none of them was their fault. There was a delay in getting the fixtures that we had ordered at the time they were here so we had some stop and go work. They just finished some work yesterday and all that remains now is the plumbing. I've never seen anybody work so hard and competent. He was full of good recommendations which we followed including replacing an inferior cheaper valve that another provider had installed which was for the shower. It was a first class job they did in both material and workmanship. I recommend Ogne to anyone. They stayed on the job and they got it done right. There were minor mishaps on their way but they spotted and corrected it immediately. They discovered a structural fault in the subflooring and so replaced all of that too.

THEY ACTED QUICKLY IN MY TIME OF NEED. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE. THEY INCLUDED ME IN DECISIONS AND KEPT ME INFORMED.
