They were slow to remove snow. Rarely had driveway cleaned before heading out to work. I know we had alot of snow, but my neighbors (who used a different service) had their driveways cleared in the morning.

They are great. I live in a condominium and Snellers are paid through the association. They do a good job and we've had lots of people in the past that have not. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.

They brought all the mulch in for this year and did a great job on that. If you have any questions you can always talk to someone that is out there doing the work and they follow up on it and take care of it. It looks great.

THEY COME WITH THE PACKAGE DEAL. THEY SHOW UP EVEN IF I HAVE TO BE AWAY WHEN ITS TIME TO DO MY LANDSCAPING. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THEY KEEP ON GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
