Ray'S Small Engine Repair

Ray took the snow blower with him back to his shop. After a while we did not hear from him. When we contacted him he told us the snow blower was not fixable. When my husband questioned him about the specifics of his "diagnosis" he offered to bring the snow blower back to our home and review his findings with my husband. Ray never called or showed and we never heard back from him. We tried to contact him numerous times and left several messages - even contacting the police. I left one message telling him that the police offered to join us in going to his shop to request the machine back (which is true). He still did not contact us. To this day (more than 6 months later) we still have no resolution and he still has our snow blower. Use this service at your own risk!!
