I changed my satellite TV provider and needed to return their equipment. I took this to Postal Connections and had them put my 3 receivers in one box. Well, imagine my surprise when I got a bill for over $300 because DISH Network said I hadn't returned ONE of the receivers.
When I called their Customer Support (such a misnomer) they wouldn't listen to the fact that all 3 receivers were in the same box. They said I would need to substantiate the fact that I returned all of their equipment.
So I went to Postal Connections to see if they could help. Did they ever! First, they pulled up the paperwork that contained the size of the box and it's weight. They had shipped enough satellite boxes to know that the box would never have been this heavy if there were only two receivers in it. Then they told me the secret words that made my problem with DISH Network go away: since I had shipped FedEx and insured the package, I was told to tell them that they would have to resolve their claim with FedEx and they would require a photograph to prove what was in the box when it was unpacked.
What a difference when I called DISH Network back. All of a sudden Customer Support became supportive.
So Postal Connections saved my bacon (and my lettuce and my tomato!) And I loved what they told me when I initially called them with my problem. They said: "Don't worry. We've got your back!" Really, how many companies tell their customers that. Service like this needs to be rewarded. These people are great.
