 + -1 morePoor communication skills, didn't clarify my expectations, nor did he discuss his typical method of business practices. As a result, he threw away the pillow cases resulting in me spending extra money and time in having the pillow cases recreated. I would not recommend this company at all. Lack of customer service skills!
