"Bonnie, the mother, was living in Arizona and her daughter was the contact person at the trailer site. this led to some communication problems concerning timely payments. Payments had to be made at a specific phase during the construction of the deck. The deck project had to be approved by the Park's Manager. This accounted for part of the two week "delay". There also were two rain days during this period. The finish product was very good. The nature of Pressure treated wood decking, used for exterior construction, is that it is rougher than nontreated wood used in the interior of the house. If Most of Bonnie was onsite, during construction, she would have been aware of these delays firsthand."
