We had scheduled an install date of 9/16/2013. They claimed that they couldn't pick up the product so we ended having to pick it up ourselves. He showed up late on 9/16 to complete the install. He started the work and promptly took a lunch at 1hr 1/2 later 12pm. After lunch he took a number of breaks and said that he had to leave early. The next day he showed up at 2:30pm, took several more breaks and ended up leaving early at 6:00pm. We stressed to him how important it was to stay on schedule and this needed to be complete by the 18th. The builder came to inspect the job thus far and noticed that there was a large hump in the floor. We ended up having to tear out $650 dollars in flooring to fix the issue and pay the builder to install it. We said that we did not want the installer back. They finally agreed that they would not charge us for our builders cost of installing new flooring. All we wanted was our four boxed of flooring back that we had to pay for. Dan agreed to this and on Nov 7th, Dan called me and said that he was going to go and pick up extra wood for the job and claimed his credit would not go through. He said he was going to finish another job and be back the next day. I called the office the next day and the office lady Sara, Said that Dan has still not been able to pick up the extra wood flooring. On Nov 15th Sara told me that she would tell me when they picked up the wood and could deliver it. On Nov 22nd, I found out that they were liquidating the storefront that they had occupied. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Now if you are doing a job for $1150 and you have $500 in materials, something is wrong from any business model. That is all a lie. Then they took out $125 service call to measure moisture of the floor. That is BS. That trip is part of the original estimate and should not have had any charge. These people lie lie lie. Do NOT under any circumstances do business with them.. I am also reporting them to the BBB.

"We try to take in consideration all of our customers and there needs, unfortunately when the job was cancelled the week of starting it we have to return the customers materials before refund whether its $500 in sanding supplies or $15,000 in wood flooring. When cancelling any work performed we have to pay the restocking fee and would gladly absorb those costs with the customer if there financial situation was not stable and cancelled start of job due to such and or related circumstances. [Member name removed] cancelled on the basis of our decision to go by apt only at our showroom and was very upset over that. The return of any materials take up to a week and another week to get a deposits refunded. That is the case in this business. Unfortunately its not like returning a pair of socks at walmart . The restocking charge that we pay for his materials we felt that his cancellation of the job was out of reason and there for we would not absorb that loss. We made multiple service calls to [Member name removed] and we do free estimates any service calls are not free for any trade. Based on the terms of cancellation and the wasted service calls and a 20% restocking fee we felt due to the terms of cancellation and [Member name removed] completely out of control for our business not help this customer. Its hog wash that what is stated we did is true intact we were cursed at from the moment this consumer realized WD were going to by apt only, and to phrame us to be horrible company we give great prices great work and if a customer had to canmcel a job date due to finances we would gladly absorb any restocking fees at our distributor even if it was 20% of $15,000 of wood flooring."

They did a fabulous job! They are very meticulous, trustworthy, and professional. We accidentally walked across the floor before it was done drying and left marks in the finish. They came back and repaired it with no issue and at no cost. They are very proud of their work.
