All too often people do not take the time to make a good comment but always take the time to make a bad one. My comment is long in coming because I have been my husbands caregiver and been very busy. I want to say we are retired military and we have had our Kirby vacuums fixed every where but when I met the business in Acme, MI I could not believe the service I was given. He even cleaned and washed my Kirby bag because I could not afford a new one at the time. He found me refurbished parts that are still working fine and gave me excellent service. The work that I was given was not all charged for, this business did everything to make my Kirby like new again and it had a lot wrong with it. I know they did this because that is the way they are. They go above and beyond and I could no longer wait to let them know how much it meant to me. Thank you again. and May God continue to Bless this business and the Owner.

"This was not our dealership. Our systems are sold for much less and only the owner (Pete) performs the shampooing demos. There is another Kirby office in Traverse City on eighth street plus Mt Pleasant and Gaylord Kirby also come into Traverse City. Please stop by our office and meet us next time your in the Acme area. We are in the Acme Plaza next just to the left barber shop, you can't miss the big KIRBYsign. I'll make sure you get one of our business cards. !!"
