Craig was an honest broker in my opinion. I have found that there are many dishonest brokers however Craig is the exception. He was extremely responsive to every email, phone call and question that I had. I am also a self-employed small business owner which made my loan complicated. Craig took the time to understand how my business works in order to explain it to the underwriter. He has excellent communication skills and was forthcoming about all fees and charges related to my loan. The individual I originally chose turned out to be dishonest and shady so Craig really stood out when I turned to him for assistance. I highly recommend Craig Goss from Regency Mortgage and will be using/recommending him to friends and business associates in the future. Thanks Craig!
