Description of Work: The owner came up to my home to give me a quote on a large plumbing job. He promised to promptly get back to me. Subsequently, I called the office numerous times, leaving messages with their receptionist. The receptionist was pleasant enough and did her best to try to get the owner to reply, but he never did. | |I would most definitely avoid Performance Plumbing and Heating - terrible customer service.

Description of Work: Called them and they wouldn't come. To small a job I guess. It was a freeze up and I had no heat in the house. Called Kellogg Plumbing in Kittery instead. He was there 90 minutes later (in the middle of the night). He stayed with the job till it was fixed and working correctly. His bill was very reasonable being half what I expected it to be. Will use Kellogg Plumbing again. WILL NOT use PERFORMANCE PLUMBING.... They don't preform very well for me!

+ 0 moreThey have been doing our heating and plumbing since 1999. They were the first contractor for our house. Every time we call them, they are always here. If there is a problem that can be fixed quickly they don't charge us. If they can tell us on the phone how to fix it, they will do that instead of incurring a costly service charge.
Description of Work: They changed the pressure release valve on the hot water tank.
