Estes Oil & Propane

I cannot overstate the quality customer service experience I have had with Estes Oil. I’ve used them since buying our home two years ago. They had serviced the furnace before, so I just stuck with them. They have always been easy to schedule service with, priced reasonably, and been friendly with every visit. However, this week we smelled oil when the furnace was on and they came out on the same day to check on it. The news was bad, the furnace needed to be replaced – even worse news was that we were traveling and would be leaving the area in three days (long story). The man that came for service, whose name I wish I’d gotten, explained many options for me and said that Jim would call me with a quote in the morning. Before I was even awake, I had a quote in my email box. However, I had some questions. I emailed him back those questions and he called me within a few minutes, said he needed to confirm something onsite before he could change the quote. He was at my front door within 30 minutes. He checked out what he needed to, and we talked through options. I explained what I wanted to do and my insane timeline. He said he would see what he could do. Once back at the office a few hours later, Jim called with the great news – they could do it! He had ordered the new furnace, it would arrive in time and they would install. It was an unreal relief, truly. It would be impossible to explain here how much. Estes installed our furnace on Friday, after confirming it failed Wednesday. They were helpful, explaining the process, every person that worked at the house was professional, friendly, and honestly a delight to have around. A huge thank you to the team at Estes Oil. We are appreciative of the extra care and help we were given this week. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the seacoast.

I met with Mike Este's for the estimate, and it was ordered. Install went as schedule on 7/9/14, only thing that was not excepted that when the hooked the pipe to the chimney I had a cracked tile , so a chimney liner was added , and still completed the same day. Also because I changed propane providers, I have new tanks and 100 gallons free propane. New tanks, new furnace, for the new buyers.

They are very professional, and they are very commited to service.
