Brighten Up Carpet Cleaning Specialist

On 4/11/2018, my wife contracted with Brighten Up Carpet Specialists (York, ME) to perform a general steam cleaning on our sectional couch located at our property in Hampton NH 03842. The day of the cleaning, my wife was told to let the couch dry as it was wet/damp. That evening, we noticed that there were some stains on the couch that were not there prior to the cleaning. We waited another full day to see if they were just wet spots, which they were not. On 4/14, I called Brighten Up Carpet Specialists' main number, and they picked up the phone. I explained that the "cleaning" they had done had caused damage to my couch, and the person on the phone asked for my information and stated that they would "check with the technician" who came to my location, and get back to me by 4/16 (the next Monday). This company never called me back, ever. It was clear that the person on the phone on 4/14 *was* the technician, and that he didn't want to deal with this. I have left 4 messages since 4/14 and this company never called me back. They damaged a very expensive sectional couch and have horrible service.

Really bad impression when they don't even call back.
