He is a real gem. I enjoy working with him. I have done a number of inspections with him and he has always been exceptional. He is incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything he finds. He is very knowledgeable. If he does not know how to cure a problem he directs you to someone who does. He always gets back to me. He is very responsive. Reports are extensive and has tons of photos, and they are almost always back to you the next day. He is very balanced and not say oh my gosh to the smallest crack.
