This team is incredible difficult to work with. If there is a problem, it always needs to be resolved by the other person. Our buyer agent never knew who to talk to or who would get back with her.
I am sorry to say that even though we have closed on the house, we are having severe problems. We feel very strongly that we are in the middle of a disclosure issue (as in the sellers did not disclose material defects). These 2 individuals could not be less helpful and obstructionist. They are unavailable, they are unwilling to contact the sellers, and are unwilling to entertain the idea that we might have a legitimate complaint.
