Excellent. He was able to locate and correct the issue (which another plumber had been unable to so). He was also willing to walk through the house and talk through solutions to other plumbing and heating projects. Very solution oriented; used verbiage we understood and talked to us as valued consumers not down to us as some service oriented folks have in the past.

They were wonderful! Normally do not do Mobile homes but came and looked at the project and took it on.
The folks were fabulous! I will definitely recommend them, and would use them again!

I hired this plumber because he had indicated he had experience installing reverse osmosis systems. Unfortunately, there is a valve that was never turned on and so the tank wasn't functioning properly when they left. The plumber and son came to do this job and install a faucet. The faucet leaked, which was not his fault so he had to re-install old faucet. Because of the space limitation this really was a one person job and I didn't know that two plumbers would come or that it was $150 an hour. That is my fault that I didn't ask. They did reduce the price to $120.00 an hour for this job but this took them over 3 hours. I did not call them back because I wasn't sure if it was a mechanical error or installation error and I didn't want to have to invest any more money. The plumber had accidentally taken my installation instructions but did promptly mail them to me when I asked for them. I waited a few weeks and then had another guy fix and it was a simple valve on the back of the unit that needed to be turned on but wasn't. They were polite and professional but it was a very expensive install and it wasn't right.

I'm going to recommend him. He is a wonderful plumber. He and his son did an extensive job and wonderful job at my house. He is actually coming again to fix my toilet. He's a wonderful person. It was worth the wait because he was so busy but they came and did the job efficiently knowing what to do immediately. They cleaned up afterwards and left me very happy with all their work. They did a beautiful job. They did a great job. They left a beautiful plumbing job down there in the basement. I did a comparison with another company and Plumb It Incorporated came in better. The only drawback is that they're so busy that it is hard to get a good appointment with them but they're very efficient when they come.
