Joe was hired by as customer to do some construction work on a home in Yarmouth. I am a paint contractor who has cultivated a 3+ year working relationship with this same customer. The customer had her heart set on purchasing a specific home. I had been told many times over the years that I would be awarded the painting work on this property if/when she bought it. As the sale was pending the customer called me to tell me the exciting news of the home purchase she had been anticipating for several years. She said she was working with a general contractor (Joe Solmos) but she was going to have my company do the painting work. I met with Joe and had a very pleasent conversation in regard to the job. I had not heard anything in about 6 weeks (said he would call me back) so decided to call the customer to find out the status of the job. She has informed me that Joe has totally ignored my previous agreement and relationship with the customer and weaseled "his painter" in to do this work I have been planning on completing. This is a principal issue...His lack of follow up and actions lack honesty and integrity. He did not have the decency to call me and left me hanging.
Description of Work: Joe Solmos is a general contractor who works under the name Orient Point.
