He is a very exceptional worker. He is very smart. I saw several homes he built and they were complicated builds. He is very comfortable with the complex designs. He is also very easy to work with. He makes excellent projections and he listens very well. He is also very patient. We had several recommendations about Fred without even asking, so we did not even have to contact another builder. My house came out beautifully. If I didn't understand what the architect was referring to, I would call Fred to speak with him and relay the information back to me.
