Two crew leaders and one carpenter were fired on the spot by Mr. Keefe. This resulted in a loss of continuity. As a result I needed to be present daily to advise. The painter was unable to seal the decking properly as a result I did it until the first painter was relieved. The mason attempted to avoid the blueprint specs. Mr. Keefe avoided our input as much as possible especially regarding the construction of a 15k dollar rock retaining wall. I requested that material be left in place for a berm in the front. My request was ignored. We began writing, phoning and e-mailing Mr. Keefe in Dec of 2006 to schedule repair of a basement leak, cracking in the basement slab, and a wash out of the leach field wall as well as persistent drainage from the same wall. Mr. Keefe has never contacted us. We paid someone to repair the leak($1400.00) All else is not repaired. BELIEVE IT OR NOT Mr Keefe actually joked about the poor quality of his 1 yr. warranty at the time of our last payment.
