Roger Williams

It went very badly after the initial meeting.   He took a freezer without asking.  He returned it when we told him it was promised to the buyers.  He arrived an hour late to an appointment with my brother at the house.  He walked through and started chucking things in the dumpster we had outside. He did not broom clean the house.  In fact, he left the house so dirty/messy, my brother had to go in and clean it before closingHe took almost nothing and we ended up owing him $350. which we were told had to be paid before closing or closing would not happen.  He also charged us for his time and mileage which is something he never mentioned- it just appeared on the invoice.All in all, a horrible experience.
