I called on a Friday afternoon and got a call from the office early Monday morning requesting clarification of the problem. Thirty minutes later I received a call from the plumber. I gave him details and he said he would be over the next morning with the parts. He showed up right on time and went to work. He tried to see if there was a less expensive solution before doing anything major. Unfortunately the tank needed replacement but he was quick and efficient. He took the old tank away and left things clean and neat.
I will use this company every time I have plumbing or heating issues. They were absolutely fantastic! Great customer service, reasonably priced, and incredibly quick response time!
