Description of Work: We have a remodeling project we are looking to do. Lockharts took a few days to return our call and basically said to let him know when we had a floor plan. Other contractors have taken time to speak with us about our goals and offered suggestions that were actually quite good. Lockhart's did not seem to want to do that.

Description of Work: Lockhart's Building and Remodeling did some fine carpentry, and did some repair work by correcting the problems by the previous contractors. He also did some remodeling work.
