Dock Guys

Dock installs are always a month later than when they are scheduled. Company does not respond to requests for when work will be done. Definitely would not recommend them.

Should be zero stars. Terrible service. Combative. Always "4 weeks behind." Do a half-ass job when they do come (lost the rubber pole caps, leave garbage, etc.). Rude when you call to ask when your dock is being putting in after it's past the date they said it would be in by....Trust me. Find someone else. Word is getting around about how terrible they are, but sharing here in case you didn't hear through word of mouth.

We paid to have our dock installed on May 5th. They never contact you and just ignore phone calls. I finally cancelled on May 30th, they did give me my money back. Stay Away.

The dock is of good quality. The installation service is 3-5 weeks late. Communication is poor

I had a great experience with Dock Guys from the sale of the dock to the installation which was over 2 hours away from their home office. The guys that installed the dock did a great job on the install and went above and beyond by leveling and adjusting my existing dock at no cost. Would recommend Dock guys to anyone in the market for a new dock!

Great install team

We purchased our initial dock from Chris and have added additional dock and a few adds. Dock Guys do the dock placement in the spring and removal in the fall. They are great to work with, no matter the crew that is sent they are professional and customer focused. We highly recommend Dock Guys

They are not what they used to be. The product is still pretty good, but service and customer relations have become atrocious. I am sad to see this. The two friends to whom I recommended Dock Guys are VERY unsatisfied. Example: one of my friends ordered a swim float. The float was delivered to the wrong location. When Dock guys FINALLY returned to move the float to the correct location, they came with no transport trailer. They also came with no anchor chain or anchor stone. S0, there the float sits, still on someone elses property. It has been approaching a month., now. Initially, I had recommended the Dock Guys very highly. I had felt that the owner was friendly and responsible. I even referred him to friends, one of whom was happy at first. The second of which, the most recent referral, was very displeased and continues to be so, as the saga continues regarding poor service. Since I have been the contact person between the dock guys and my friends, I am the one who has a close-up view and can therefore make an accurate observation. Customer service has been an ongoing nightmare, with one product being delivered to the wrong location. In trying to rectify the mistake, I had the crew return in order to deliver the product to the correct location and to install it. They returned after having been sent with none of the parts needed for proper installation AND they could not transport it to the current location because they had been sent without a trailer to haul it. Now, the company blames me for the errors and they are unwilling to take responsibility. This is not only disappointing, as I had had a good impression initially, but it is very concerning to my friends who are the customers, because they have spent a good deal of money; two swim floats and attachments, plus one dock. And then of course there Is the cost of yearly reinstallation and yearly removal. It has become a nightmare.

Horrible. The owner Chris is totally unreliable and never answers the phone or replies to emails, texts or voicemails.

Dock guys reasonable and responsive . Still in the process of repairs.

We have used the professionals services for over 24 years now, and have been satisfied every time; their reliability is great.
