I had Todd's install new Lenox furnace and AC in December of 2010. Both Todd and his installer were very courteous and wanted to make sure I got the best application for my house. They were lowest cost comparing feature to feature with the other major brands. I have had them clean my previous system for the past 6 years and have always been impressed with the timeliness of the appointments they keep and their friendly manner. Something developed with an error code showing this past February after 2 years of trouble free performance. Todd's stopped by within a few hours of the call and had it cleared up in 15 minutes. No charges even for the service call! They stand behind what they sell.

It went very smoothly. There was minimal participation on my part and they did what they told me they were going to do. They gave me references when I asked for them. They gave me several different options on products and helped me apply for rebates. We were not home when they were doing the work for us so they were very trustworthy. My house was cooled down when I got home.
