I think the price charged for the quality of work done was too much. Also, it took a lot of emails back and forth and many months to get my energy rebate from the state, much longer than it should have.

There was a big storm and they were unable to come when they said they would. Due to this, they gave us a discount. He ended up coming as soon as he could to start the job during the middle of an ice storm. This contract was already much better priced even before the discount than other providers. He was very professional and found a problem related to my service entrance. He took it upon himself to contact the power company to ensure they corrected the problem. I would recommend them to anyone that would listened to me.
