When I call about a problem about a leak around the sewage pipe that was supposed to be fix prior to the sale and a leak around the basement windows, it took several phone calls and the realtor to get an answer. Instead of meeting with me, he came over when my 19 year old son was home and didn't bother to call me to let me know his findings or his plan to fix it. I have been in the house for a month and discovered lots of areas where he has cut corners, skimped and not followed code. Turns out my dream home and the builder are duds. His attitude toward me has been very unprofessional. Yes I did have a home inspections, but that he did not mention that this house was not a good buy even though I asked the inspector directly.
