Walter was very professional. He gave me a quote last fall for $1350. I had him paint the house this fall and he had to charge an extra $100 for the cost of paint rising. He worked with me and my schedule and he started on the day he said he would. He worked quickly but neatly and I am very satisfied with the final outcome. He did not have to paint trim, except for some shutters on my windows. There was one day that he could not come over, but he told me that on his first day on the job. He removed items such as the house number, so as to not get paint on that. He did paint some wires and the fill pipe for oil, which I thought was odd, but it doesn't look bad.
