SEAVEYS APPLIANCE

I called Seavey's to have a seal in my washing machine replace (bought at Seavey's). They made an appointment but had to cancel as the part was backordered. We set up another time and when I called to confirm the day before (twice) my call was not returned. I called the morning of the scheduled service and was told someone would be at my home between 12 - 7. I called at 5:00 to check in and was told nobody was coming. I talked to a nice woman who said Kim Seavey would call me back the next day. Kim Seavey was the woman whom I left messages with prior to that day and I was concerned that she was part of the problem. I was assured she would return my call the first thing the next day. No Call. Two weeks later, still no call and no part. I went to Seavey's to support local business. Thanks for nothing Kim Seavey.
