Initially he was great. He was very responsive and did great work. He had some trouble in his personal life and has gone downhill since. He was unresponsive to some concerns we had about the work and it appears that some things were not done to code. I called him several times and he would promise to call back but I would never hear from him. I eventually emailed him to let him know we are going to work with someone else.
