There was a discrepancy about stump removal on the tree job. They said I didn't contract for it. I was relatively sure that I did. In looking over the paperwork, stump removal wasn't checked. I'm not sure if I was charged for it. The work itself was great. I think it was just a misunderstanding. The work they did was excellent. They were fast, and they cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time. Getting Mark out for the estimate itself was a bit of a struggle, but I think that was because I was working at home at the time. Getting ahold of the company on the phone was usually a return-of-call type of situation. It's a two-person company with highly trained crew members.

We are sorry for any confusion over the job details with regards to the stump removal and want to assure the customer we didn’t charge them for stump removal, we do still have our copy of the estimate which makes no reference to stump removal but we do understand that with big jobs like this one a lot gets discussed before an agreement is made on what work to have done for what price and we’d be happy to send the customer a copy of the original estimate if they’d like. As mentioned we are a small tree service provider but we are always striving to improve our services so reviews like these are always welcomed and much appreciated so thank you again for these thoughtful reviews."
