Mosquito Squad of Central Massachusetts

Mosquito Squad of Central Mass (Leominster/Chelmsford) came to my home and THOUROUGHLY sprayed the entire perimiter of my yard (two men spent half an hour spraying), well into the woods surround, under and over decks, around all shrubbery, plantings and outbuildings, to eliminate 85-90% (their claim) of mosquitoes and virtually all ticks.  
Living in a rural area, with woods surounding my entire property, and  a swampy area in back, the mosquitoes were unbearable.  Even during the daytime, while doing gardening, I was under attack from mosquitoes.  Since the spraying, I have only seen ONE mosquito and the dog has not had any ticks on him.  I was skeptical, but this really works!  
Now the catch, if you want to call it that:  Treatment needds to be reapplied every three weeks (though they do have "occasion" spraying if you're looking for a one-time thing).  I have signed a seasonal contract but could cancel at any time.  The cost of $120 is PER APPLICATION (for .5 to 1.0 acres...  my lot is closer to 2 acres, but they only measure what needs to be sprayed to set up a barrier).  I will need 4 of treatments to get me into mid-September without mosquitoes, but that's OK... I have reclaimed my yard!
 The company has been very responsive to phone calls and emails to give me initial information, sent a reminder email the day prior to service, and even called me to give me a 2-hour window of when the applicators would be onsite (I wanted to be home for at least the first application to see what it was all about), and the applicators themselves took the time to speak with me and explain what they would be doing.
