TWIN ELECTRIC

Projects started in March.  Good start with the Breaker box job in Freeport rental unit.   Meter project finally completed after numerous delays at Freeport location (Mid june). 

Detached garage connection still not done.   Was scheduled was postphoned numerous times by Twin.   Total no show with zero communication entire day from Twin for last scheduled connection of detached garage 16 June 2016.   Did not respond to text or phone calls asking when during the day they would arrive.   CMP did not show either, which implies it was not scheduled as promised.

Twin does not communicate well with client.  Very frustrating.

Would not Recommend due to ability to met commitments they made (they set the date the garage would be connected).

They showed up on time, did a great job, were fast and cleaned up afterward.  No complaints, great service!

How did it go? Excellent. We do not say that often, but the work was prompt, done efficiently, neatly, professionally. When questions were asked, explanations were clear. There was a wiring issue that we were concerned about and the electrician took the time to track it down, corrected it on his way out. The cost was reasonable and fair. Paid by check.
We would not hesitate to work with Twin again - they were recommended by a friend who is a realtor . We have had other estimates done by electricians we found on Angie's list that were pretty steep in comparison to Twin.  As a matter of fact, they will be here again as we decided to do some additional minor work, which we have already scheduled with them.
A non-problem was we expected them in the afternoon and the doorbell rang early in the morning. That could have been a problem if we were not home, but it worked out to our advantage as the work was completed and the rest of the day was freed up.

Work was perfectly done; arrived when promised, work was professionally done, including cleanup. Over the last 5 years, Randy and team have done a broad range of electrical work at my house, from installation of a Backup Generator to repairing malfunctioning switches. Each service was well done, with good communications throughout.

The job was delayed several times due to bad weather but Randy maintained good communication and rescheduled soon after canceled dates. He and his assistant showed up on time and completed entire job in half a day, quicker than originally estimated. His work was thorough, neat, and properly completed. I was and am very satisfied with the quality of work and the value. He had been recommended to me by a friend who works for the power company and I don't hesitate to recommend him now.

Randy is prompt, reasonable and customer service oriented. He has done work for me for approximately 15 years and is great to work with and trustworthy. I have recommended him to family and they have been please too.
