"Wow! This is simply an amazing review! We so appreciate the kind words. Keith is one of the best around and we are so happy to have him on OUR team! It was Joe's second day with the company, we hired him from South Carolina so he was training with Keith and we are so glad to hear how well he did as well. Thank you [Member Name Removed]!"

"Hi, unfortunately, we did follow traditional procedure here. We were onsite to turn on and test a water heater that came with your new home purchase. We couldn't have known the water heater would let go on the bottom without testing it. I am understanding that while our techs were warming it up and upstairs purging out air, that the water heater let loose. We assisted and immediately called a water restoration partner to come and clean up the mess on your behalf. The water heater was not a piece of equipment that we installed or even serviced at this time. The call out to your home was for a lack of hot water. Pine State responded promptly, but this water heater failure wouldn't fall into our parts and labor warranty. It's an unfortunate event and not one anyone wants to deal with after a new home purchase. We totally understand how upsetting this is, but we don't feel responsible for this incident. We are very sorry this has happened."
