We live in a duplex/townhome and they knocked down the partition on the roof, which we never asked them to do. They tried to charge for 1,100 sq ft of roofing and it took me days to get it through to them that there was only 400 sq ft of roofing. They still wanted to charge us the same price for 1,100 sq ft until we fought about it. Their crew tried to frame in a wall when we wanted a cabinet. That was another big mess up but they corrected that. They didn't finish the trim or siding on the sliding glass door and windows they framed in. They knocked a hole in the shared wall during a bathroom demo. They said their plumber was licensed but he clearly isn't bc he made an entire circle out of p-trap drains. Their crew never shows up on time and they barely work a whole day. They charged $800 for a $300 electric job but tried to say $500 of it was materials. They did an excellent job and finished in a timely matter. The estimate they gave me before the job was started was exactly what I paid when the job was completed. I will definitely call them next year when I need my siding replaced.
