Needed my home cleaned up on short notice as I was hosting guests for my Airbnb. Let’s just say everything was spotless! He arrived on time and left the space feeling more “homey”. Will definitely be booking again!

He does not have a steam cleaner, he uses a ordinary rug shampoo like the one I already own. If I known that I would have done it myself.

Extremely friendly and eager to help. The only reason why I did not give five stars was that they prefer to get paid at the time of service which can be difficult at a commercial business.

I recently hired Dara Heng to clean 4 oriental rugs in my home. He replied to my Home Advisor request within minutes & arrived in my home that same afternoon to give me an estimate. After he explained why he would prefer to dry-clean & hand-brush my rugs rather than using a shampoo machine on them, he immediately went to work, looking up only briefly to assure me that he was doing his very best work for me. Since I'm not accustomed to this level of courtesy and after assessing that my rugs had been thoroughy & carefully cleaned, I was very happy to supplement his modest fee with a hearty tip. When I asked for his business card, he apologized, assuring me that he would send some in the mail. Three or four days later, I received a thoughtful, hand-written thank-you note from Dara, containing several business cards. It was only a few days later that I realized that the photo on these cards featured 1 of my rugs! Very nice touch! I will definitely call Dara Heng again when I need to have my carpets cleaned & will gladly share those business cards with my friends. Sincerely, Maxine R.
