+ -1 moreThe facilities they have are very nice and it is very clean and has new equipments. It is kept up well. The instructor is the best instructor I have ever had. They are friendly and they have the staff that pushes you but are not mean.
Description of Work: I go to Coastal Fitness Center – Westbrook for the spinning classes.

+ -1 moreThe staff was friendly, and the gym had a homey feeling, unlike some larger gyms I have visited. Although there weren't as many cardio machines, there didn't appear to be any waiting lines. The group fitness room was a decent size, with mirrors all around. The instructor was welcoming. There seemed to be a good variety of classes for different ability levels. There was also a spinning room. The whole facility seemed well kept and clean. If I ever decide to join a gym in the future, I would consider Coastal Fitness.
Description of Work: I attended a group fitness class with a friend who is a member of Coastal Fitness. There was no charge for class, as it was part of a promotion the gym was doing.

+ -1 moreIt is a nice facility. It is clean and efficient. There are not people on their cell phones and there are not a lot of children running around. They have classes you can take. It is a small place and reasonable priced.
Description of Work: I go there for routine fitness.
