They were very professional and did a great job!

I had previously hired Chinchilla and all went well and very impressive work was done. However about a month ago I had them come over and give an estimate for a tree trim and explained what Id like done. They showed up 3 wks later and did the work with no one here and no advance notice. They must have not understood what was to be done because instead of trimming down the tree from way up top, they cut branches in the middle of the tree and took our privacy away from a neighbors windows. Very disappointing. I was hoping they would offer help to adjust the error but to no avail.

Great service - Chinchilla was very prompt and managed to squeeze me in with an already packed schedule.

We felt the price was very reasonable especially as they took down quite a few more branches than we had originally planned but did not charge us for the extra work. They could not have been nicer and bent over backwards to be accommodating. We would recommend them without reservation and would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to friends.

They were so fast and accommodated my wishes to keep some cross cuts of the stump! They were smiling and laughing the whole time which made the sadness of the tree coming down a little easier. Will definitely call them again if we need anything else done.

Endy was very pleasant and responded quickly when I was looking to have some tree work done. He was able to come take a look and have his team complete the work within days of my initial request. Overall an easy experience.

Honest man hard work did a great job

Endy and his crew removed two large limbs from one of the largest red oaks in the state. They had very limited space to work in, but managed to professionally and safely remove those limbs. His crew was very courteous and answered any questions or concerns about the process. This was an extremely difficult job due to limited working space and the limb being over my house. Due to the complexity of the job , it took a few hours longer than they expected, but the extra time was needed to insure everyone's safety. The only downside was cleanup. They did a decent job removing most of the debris. It is next to impossible to clean up the sawdust. But when I pointed out the pile of sawdust up against the tree and shed, Endy said that they cleaned up as much as they were going to. I took a shovel and rake and filled a 35 gallon trash bucket full of the shaving around the tree and by the shed. That being said, I still would very much recommend them, only I would make sure the amount of cleanup was discussed and agreed to prior to work.

They did a great job for a great price. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Andy the owner was prompt, friendly, helpful, & super precise with his work. I m so happy to have found him & his business. I will always hire him for tree & landscaping work from now on!
